A consultancy built around
one hard problem
Pragma Technology Consulting Services was established in Hyderabad in 2021 with a clear vision: to deliver SAP security the right way — as a dedicated area of expertise, built around deep specialization, focused capabilities, and a commitment to protecting the SAP environments that businesses rely on. Rather than treating security as an add-on to a broader IT practice, we have made it our core focus.
What we believe
Controls only count if someone acts on them
Most SAP estates already produce more risk information than anyone reads. Reports run monthly, conflict counts stay flat, and the same findings appear in the audit file year after year. The gap is rarely detection — it is that findings arrive in a form nobody can act on, aimed at people who do not have the authority to fix them.
We work the other way round. Start from what has to be true for the business to pass its audit and keep operating, then build the ruleset, the roles and the monitoring backwards from that. It produces fewer findings and more closed ones.
How we work
- Assess before advising. Every engagement opens with a read of the actual landscape — not a questionnaire.
- Write for the reader. Basis teams get technical detail; business owners get plain descriptions of what an approval permits.
- Leave it maintainable. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of delivery, not an upsell.
- Say when the answer is no. If a new platform will not solve the problem, we will tell you that before you buy it.

Where our people come from
Our consultants come out of SAP delivery rather than general cybersecurity — functional and basis backgrounds, with GRC and access management as the specialisation on top. That combination matters: knowing that a role is over-privileged is not the same as knowing which transaction the finance team genuinely needs at month end.
